A continuation of the episode 081 topic of ensuring justice. We talk about the President’s Task Force on Violent Crime’s recommendations for making sure the legal system doesn’t re-victimize or further victimize the person who was the target of crime. Although this episode is a bit on the dull side, the issues discussed are important should you ever find yourself in the legal aftermath of a violent crime. Since we felt like this episode dragged a bit, we will leave it up to our listeners if you want us to continue to talk about this topic in future episodes.
